We're HOME!!

We got home today. The doctors basically discharged us stumped. We are going to follow up with a whole gamit of specialists in the next few weeks and hopefully set a plan for a diagnosis and treatment. We went up for an MRI and she had a series of seizures after her test. They thought it might have been the meds to sedate her but she had another seizure the next day and the meds would have been out of her system by then. They found a small abnormality in her brain blood flow but are not concerned about it.
She's a conundrum at this point!

We'll be referred to a neurologist and an orthopedist here in town. We still have to go to Portland for her Urologist and GI team. Oh the joys of having a sick child!

Thank you all for your thoughts, prayers and well wishes. Knowing that I have those always gets us through the rough spots!
I'll keep you all posted!

When it rains in POURS!

Literally here in Portland. We came up here for Chloe's MRI study and as we were leaving she started having seizures! So we headed back to OHSU and after 5 hours in the ER she was admitted to Doernbecher Children's Hospital for the night. They'll observe her for 12 hours and then we'll meet with the neurologist in the morning. Hopefully we'll be heading back home tomorrow but we'll see!

Thank HEAVENS my dear friend Audrey was here and came by the hospital to visit. It always helps to have a friend when you need a shoulder or a hug.

Keep checking in for more Chloe updates!
